For the comfort and safety of all dogs in our care, we currently accept bookings for dogs up to 20kg.
This allows us to provide a calm, one-on-one grooming experience tailored to each pup’s needs. Thank you for your understanding.

 

We use only the finest, skin-friendly products perfect even for sensitive pups. We aim to make grooming joyful for dogs and reassuring for their owners.

A live stream link will be emailed to you after your dog's shampoo and blow-dry, just before the styling begins, so you can watch your furry friend during their grooming session.

Every pup deserves a little reward!
We offer our furry guests a choice of fresh organic apples, K9 Natural, or Ziwi treats.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you let us know via our online booking system,  

by phone or text us at 0497 528 662 as soon as possible. 

 

We completely understand that plans can change, 

so we do not charge any cancellation fees, 
even for same-day cancellations.

However, a quick notice from you would be greatly appreciated! 

It gives us a wonderful chance to spend some extra time with our two Labradors, 

Len & Nelo, who think cancelled appointments are the best thing ever! 🐶🐶​
